Getting Started

Three steps to new revenue

1

We talk

Tell us your lane count, layout, and goals. We design a setup and walk you through the numbers.

2

You set up

Pre-configured hardware ships to your door. Hardwire our router, place the kiosks, power on, about 15 minutes per lane, no technician.

3

You earn

Customers buy at your lanes and every dollar is yours. Take payment at the lane or the front desk, you set the prices, we run the software.

The Target Camera

A front desk add-on that upgrades any lane

Target cameras ride downrange with the target. Shooters tap Check Target on the lane tablet and their new holes come back circled and numbered, string after string, without calling the target back. Tap Show All and the whole session lights up, every string in its own color.

They are optional add-ons your counter checks out and back in, and they work on any lane, so a few units cover the whole range. Rent them by the session, include them with lane time, and set your own deposit and damage policies. Your call, your revenue.

Why Partner With TSG

Everything you gain

100% of customer revenue

No revenue share, no fees from us on media sales. Take payment however you like, tap-to-pay at the lane or ticket sales at your front desk, and every dollar is yours.

Minimal staff involvement

Hardware arrives ready. Place the kiosks, power on. It is designed to run with minimal staff time day to day, and your staff steps in only for the rare hands-on fix, with us on the phone.

Full control of your business

Set your own prices, run your own coupons and gift cards. Your range, your brand, your rules.

Your screens, your message

Change the screensaver messaging on the tablets and lobby display to advertise your own events, competitions, and specials, or let the screens sell the video booth on their own. More reasons for shooters to come back.

We manage it remotely

Updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting are handled remotely, and most issues are fixed before anyone at your range notices. If anything ever needs a hands-on step, we stay on the phone with you from start to finish.

Scales with you

Start with a few lanes and expand as you see results. Adding lanes adds kiosks, not complexity, 5 lanes or 50, it works the same.

What range owners ask us

The Customer Experience

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. Every customer sees their photos and video at the lane, free, every time. They only pay for what they choose to keep, and purchases arrive by email within minutes.

Does the customer need to do anything special?

Almost nothing. They press start at the kiosk to begin the recording, wait for the camera's flash to come on, then shoot as normal. The system handles capture, detection, and checkout automatically.

What is the target camera?

An optional add-on camera that rides downrange with the target and puts the target on the lane tablet for review. Tap Check Target and new holes come back circled and numbered, string after string. Tap Show All and the whole session displays with every string in its own color. It also unlocks dual mode, where shooters see themselves shooting and the target they are hitting in the same video. No more calling the target back after every string.

What changes when a target camera is out?

The kiosk interface reveals the additional options on its own. Target-only and dual-view videos show up alongside the shooter view, the blast and the hits landing in one frame. Without a target camera, the kiosk shows the single shooter view.

What if no muzzle blasts are detected?

The full video is still delivered, blast frames or not. And since recording is free every time, they can simply run another session.

Can a customer come back later to buy?

Media is only available during the active session. After a few minutes of inactivity it is deleted. That creates natural urgency to buy on the spot, and it protects your customers' privacy: anything they choose not to purchase does not stick around.

How long is the download link active?

30 days after purchase, downloadable as many times as they want, from any device.

What payment methods work?

Two ways, both built in: tap-to-pay right at the lane, with every sale settling to an account you own, or coupon sales at your front desk. Ranges can pre-sell media as coupons, and an unused coupon can be refunded or handed to the next shooter. Gift cards and promo codes work either way.

Running It Day To Day

How hard is the install?

Your range does the install itself, about 15 minutes per lane. We walk your staff through the first lane by phone, free. Hardware ships within 4 weeks of signing, and you start earning the same day it goes in.

What do I need to provide?

Power and internet, plus the last mile of the install: cables, mounting, and how the kiosk sits at your lanes. TSG supplies the hardware kit you purchase and own: Range PC, router, lobby display, and a tablet and camera per lane, with a tap-to-pay terminal and optional target cameras. Every range lays its kiosk out a little differently. The function is identical everywhere; the fit and finish is yours.

Does my staff need training?

No. Customers interact directly with the kiosk. Hands-on steps are rare, things like confirming a camera's aim or restarting a device, and we stay on the phone with you for every one.

Does this slow down my lanes?

No. Customers handle everything themselves at the kiosk during their session. Media reaches the tablet for review in under two minutes, even with nine lanes firing at once, and a typical transaction takes less than three minutes start to finish.

What if something breaks?

We monitor every installation in real time and resolve most issues remotely, often before anyone at your range notices. Hardware is yours, and TSG reviews failures case by case.

What if it cannot be fixed remotely?

Then it becomes our top priority until it is fixed. Most issues never get that far, but when one does, we work the fastest path back to running: walking your staff through it by phone, or getting the right hands on site when the situation calls for it. You are never on your own with this system, and we do not consider a problem closed until your lanes are earning again.

What visibility do I get into my system?

A live owner dashboard from anywhere: revenue, lane status, and device health at a glance. We watch the same numbers and handle most issues remotely before your staff notices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Recording continues locally, so sessions in progress are still captured. Checkout needs connectivity, so sales pause until service returns.

Does it work with all firearms?

Yes, every firearm type. Even a session that produces no detectable muzzle blast frames still gets its full video delivered.

Who owns the media and the records?

The Shooting Gallery stores and manages all media and keeps a permanent record of every purchased capture and transaction. Recordings nobody buys are deleted in the ordinary course of business. Your customers' contact info is yours for your own marketing, and you get full use of every photo and video they consent to share. Media without customer consent stays private, period. Payments and the customer relationship are fully yours; we hold the records.

The Deal

What does it cost?

You buy the hardware once and it is yours, plus a monthly per-lane software fee that works like tax brackets: your first lanes bill at one rate, and rates step down as you add more. Target cameras are optional add-ons priced separately, and since they work on any lane, a few units cover a whole range. You keep 100% of customer revenue. Full pricing with live production data is on the ROI calculator.

Who sets the media prices?

You do. Every range sets its own prices and runs its own promotions, and every dollar of media revenue is yours. Sales settle to an account you own. We are never in your money flow.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No long term lock-in. Your rate is locked for the length of your rate term, and if service ever stops, the fee stops with it. You own the hardware regardless.

How many lanes do I need to start?

One. Add lanes whenever you want, and adding lanes never raises the rate on the lanes you already have.

Will you sign my competitor down the road?

Yes. Media revenue is local: your customers buy their moments at your range. How you use the system is what sets you apart. A 100 yard range leans on target cameras, a competition range leans on replays, an experience range sells the moment itself.

Is this proven anywhere?

One live installation, running since January 2026: nine lanes at Gilbert Indoor Range in Maryland. It is the fourth iteration of a system Joe has been developing for six years, and the numbers on this site come from that installation, live, not from projections.

What am I signing up for as an early partner?

Pioneering technology, and everything that comes with it. We build to avoid problems before they happen, but nobody has seen around every corner of something this new. What we promise is simple: when a problem surfaces, it becomes the top priority until it is fixed. Early partners work directly with the builder, and the platform grows around what your range teaches us.

Can I talk to someone who wrote a check?

Yes. Our founding hardware partner is happy to discuss his returns and his experience working with us. Reach out and Joe will connect you directly.
